318.060 Reexamination. An applicant who fails an examination shall be eligible to take the next regular examination upon submitting a new application and paying an additional application fee. Applications shall be canceled one (1) year after receipt thereof if the applicant fails to appear for examination. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Amended 2017 Ky.
